Who Should Avoid | Contraindications

— Anyone with a known allergy to papaya (papain) or pineapple (bromelain)
— Patients on anticoagulant medication (bromelain has mild fibrinolytic activity and may increase bleeding risk at high doses)
— Patients with active gastric or duodenal ulcers (proteolytic enzymes may aggravate irritated tissue)
— This formula does not replace medical management of celiac disease (DPP4 support does not make gluten safe for celiac patients)

Frequently asked questions

No. DPP4 may support digestion of gluten peptides in non celiac sensitivity, but it does not make gluten safe for those with celiac disease, who must maintain strict avoidance.

This formula does not contain added HCl or ox bile. It's appropriate for patients who don't need acid/bile support and primarily want enzyme coverage.

The lactase content supports lactose digestion specifically; it won't address a true dairy protein allergy.
